Thank you very much for your answer about the websites of Maldivian cuisine! Finally I can introduce an answer to my students. I am going to introduce some pages of Fish and Sea Food Dishes on the Classical Maldivian Cuisine. Some ingredients like curry leaf and rampe leaf are not available in Japan, but I would like to try cooking some of the dishes.
